Whether the family is hosting a baby shower, a gender reveal gathering, or one celebration together, choose a portrait and a moment that the guest of honor will enjoy.

Plan packs for the guests taking part

The 10-Pack 12x18 Big Head gives a larger group the same parent-to-be's face to hold. Choose the 5-Pack 12x18 Big Head for a smaller gathering. Plan one shared face per pack and count who will join the portrait moment. To feature more than one parent, ask about arranging separate portraits. Other pack sizes and giant options are available to review.

Follow the family's plans for the gathering

Ask the parent-to-be and host when guests should bring out the cutouts. A welcome, a seated gathering, or a planned photo can give everyone a chance to join in. Choose details that reflect the family's preferences, including their chosen colors and wording. Keep the portrait moment separate from any announcement, and leave room for guests to move comfortably.

Arrange a relaxed group photo

Choose a spot where the guest of honor can sit or stand as they prefer, with relatives and friends nearby. Hold cutouts beside your own faces so everyone can be seen. Tell guests when the photo will happen and leave space around chairs and walkways. For several photo groups, let the host guide the order and keep the gathering comfortable.

Choose the parent-to-be's preferred portrait

Use a high-quality original photo showing the entire head and hair. Ask which image the person would like guests to hold, whether it is a recent portrait or a familiar expression from an earlier photo. Keep the face clear and include the full hairstyle or headwear. Send the photo uncropped so Best BIG Heads can handle the cutout crop.

Upload the image and check the selection

Upload the original file and wait for the upload to finish before adding the product to your cart.
