Corporate Event & Company Party Big Head Cutouts from Best BIG Heads™ add a personal portrait to an internal workplace gathering, whether colleagues are meeting over lunch or getting together after the workday. Choose someone who wants to take part, then make room for a relaxed group picture.

Choose matching packs for your colleagues

The 10-Pack 12x18 Big Head gives a larger group matching portraits to hold. Choose the 5-Pack 12x18 Big Head for a smaller company gathering. Plan one shared face per pack. If different groups want different coworker portraits, arrange separate portraits and confirm the ordering details before purchasing. Count the people who will hold each face during the photo.

Agree on the person to feature

Ask the colleague or company-party host whether they would enjoy being pictured, and let them help choose the image. A familiar expression can make the photo feel personal without relying on an inside joke that leaves someone uncomfortable. Invite coworkers to join in, and give anyone who would rather stay out of the picture an easy choice.

Make time for a company group photo

Coordinate a short photo break with the person organizing the gathering. Bring departments or project groups together in a spot with room for everyone, then take a whole-company picture if the setting allows. Hold cutouts beside real faces so colleagues remain visible. Keep doors and walking routes clear, and work around conversations, food service, or any planned remarks.

Choose a clear original portrait

Use a high-quality original photo showing the entire head and hair. Ask the featured coworker for an image they are comfortable sharing for this purpose. Avoid a small profile screenshot or a picture cropped tightly around the face. Send the original uncropped so Best BIG Heads can handle the cutout crop. If other people appear, identify the intended person in your notes.

Upload the image and review the order

Wait for the photo upload to finish before adding the product to your cart. Review the selected pack and the notes identifying your colleague. For separate portraits across company groups, read our bulk order information and ask how to arrange the order. Confirm the host's photo plan and the featured person's permission before completing your selection.

Company party big head cutout questions

Can one pack show several coworkers?

Plan one shared face per pack.
