Prom & School Homecoming Big Head Cutouts from Best BIG Heads™ bring a shared portrait to a school-organized dance or formal. Choose a willing attendee or adult event host, and plan a photo moment that fits the evening's schedule.

Count the people joining your group photo

The 10-Pack 12x18 Big Head gives a larger group matching portraits to hold. Choose the 5-Pack 12x18 Big Head for a smaller group. Plan one shared face per pack. Count the people who will hold that portrait, including friends joining only the pre-dance picture. For different attendee or host faces, arrange separate portraits and confirm the ordering details before purchasing.

Agree on a photo spot and time

Ask the school event organizer where your group can gather without interrupting check-in. A designated photo corner can work for friends arriving together or the volunteers hosting the formal. Choose a meeting time before the dance begins or during an agreed break. Tell participants where to meet, and allow space for other groups waiting for their turn.

Check the school's prop and photo rules

Confirm whether handheld cutouts are allowed and where they may be used. Follow the school's photo-permission process and the venue's directions. Ask someone in your group to distribute and collect the portraits at the agreed spot. Hold them beside real faces for pictures, then set them aside before dancing. Keep entry lines, doors, and walking routes clear throughout the gathering.

Select a clear portrait with permission

Ask the featured person to help choose a photo they are comfortable using. For a student's image, confirm the appropriate parent or guardian permission and school requirements. Use a high-quality original showing the entire head and hair. Send the original uncropped so Best BIG Heads can handle the cutout crop. Avoid small screenshots; if others appear in the photo, identify the intended person in your notes.

Upload the photo and review your selection

Wait for the photo upload to finish before adding the product to your cart. Check the selected pack and the notes identifying your subject. If several groups need separate portraits, read our bulk order information and ask how to arrange the order. Confirm the organizer's prop rules and your group's photo plan before completing your selection.

Prom and school homecoming cutout questions

Can one pack show everyone in our group?

Plan one shared face per pack.
