Retirement Big Head Cutouts from Best BIG Heads™ give colleagues, friends, and family matching handheld photo heads for a planned group picture. Make the moment personal by choosing a gathering time and setting that suit the retiree.

Choose packs for the farewell group

The 10-Pack 12x18 Big Head gives a larger group matching portraits to hold. Choose the 5-Pack 12x18 Big Head for a smaller gathering. Plan one clear photo and one shared face per pack. Count the people holding the retiree's portrait during each picture. If you want different portraits, arrange separate selections and confirm the ordering details before purchasing.

Plan around the retiree's preferences

Ask the guest of honor whether they would enjoy having their face featured and which photograph they prefer. Check with the farewell organizer before planning a surprise. A picture after the thank-you remarks or before a shared meal can fit into the gathering without taking over the occasion. Let the retiree choose how much attention feels comfortable.

Give each group a turn for photos

Make a short list of groups joining the farewell, such as a longtime work team, close friends, or family. Agree on a meeting spot and tell everyone when to gather. Leave space for the retiree in every picture, and hold the cutouts beside your own faces. Ask one organizer to distribute and collect the portraits between groups.

Choose a clear portrait of the retiree

Use a high-quality original photo showing the entire head and hair. A current portrait or a favorite earlier image can work when the face is clear. Ask permission to use the chosen picture. Avoid a small social-media screenshot, and send the original uncropped so Best BIG Heads can handle the cutout crop. Identify the retiree if others appear.

Review the photo and order details

Wait for the photo upload to finish before adding the product to your cart. Review your selected pack and the notes identifying the person. For separate portraits or a larger farewell, read our bulk order information and ask how to arrange the order. Confirm the organizer's photo plan and any venue prop rules before completing your selection.

Retirement big head cutout questions

Is this a full-body retirement standup?

These are handheld portrait heads for guests to hold.
