Sales Terms:
At BestBIGHeads.com, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality and custom-made products that meet their expectations. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following sales terms:
• Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• Design Per Order
Each order includes one photo design/head per big head cutout.
If you would like multiple heads, place separate items in your cart for each image.
• Size & Canvas Layout
Our cutouts are produced within the following maximum canvas sizes:
– 12x18 Big Head: up to 12 × 18 inches
– 2-ft Giant Head: up to 18 × 24 inches
– 3-ft Giant Head: up to 24 × 36 inches
If certain features (like wider hair, hats, or accessories) extend beyond the main head shape, they will take up more space within the canvas. This means the actual big head may be smaller to fit everything proportionally within the area.
• Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within one business day, provided the order is received before 5:00 PM EST.
• Custom Orders
Custom orders may take additional time to process. If applicable, we will provide an estimated delivery date when your order is placed.
• Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to fulfill it for any reason. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued.
Order Cancellation Policy:
At Best BIG Heads™, we begin processing orders immediately to ensure timely delivery. As a result, once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you request to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please be aware that it is already in production and will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your business.
Refund Policy:
At BestBIGHeads.com, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality and custom-made products that meet their expectations. However, due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following refund policy:
- All sales are final.
- We are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to customer error, incorrect size or color selection, or dissatisfaction with the product.
- If there is an issue with your order, we will do everything possible to make it right and ensure that you receive the best possible customer service.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
- We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution for any issues related to your order, including but not limited to replacement, repair, or store credit.
Shipping Policy:
At Best BIG Heads™, orders are usually shipped the next business day (depending on the shipping option chosen upon checkout). Below are the available shipping options:
- Economy Saver — NO RUSH! Made and ships out in 7 business days + 7-10 business days shipping
- Economy — Non guaranteed 7-10 business days shipping
- Standard Saver — NO RUSH! Made and ships out in 3 business days + 3-6 business days shipping
- Standard — Non guaranteed 3-6 business days shipping
- Express — ships out next business day if ordered by 5PM EST and has 2-3 business days shipping
- Overnight guaranteed — Ships out the next business day and arrives the business day after shipment if ordered by 5 PM EST
- Same Day Overnight guaranteed — Arrives next business day if ordered by 5PM EST
