How to order your custom face cutouts
- Choose your size and pack, then select the quantity you need.
- Upload a clear, high-resolution original photo. Leave it uncropped; we’ll prepare the cutout from your image.
- If your photo includes several people, tell us whose head to use in the order notes. Add any instructions about hair, hats, or accessories.
- Wait until the upload has finished before adding the item to your cart. Choose your shipping service at checkout.
Each design uses one head from one photo. To order different people or different images, add a separate item to your cart for each photo.
Choose your size and quantity
- 12×18 Big Heads: premium cardstock, with sticks and adhesive tabs included. Choose a single cutout or packs of 3, 5, 10, 25, 50, or 100.
- 2-ft Giant Heads: foam board, made within an 18×24-inch canvas. Sticks are not included.
- 3-ft Giant Heads: foam board, made within a 24×36-inch canvas. Sticks are not included.
These measurements describe the maximum canvas. The finished cutout follows the proportions of your photo. Wider hair, hats, and accessories can make the head smaller within that space.
Start with a clear photo
Choose a well-lit photo with the full head visible and the face easy to see. An original camera or phone photo is usually a better starting point than a screenshot. Avoid blurry, dark, or faraway faces, and upload the image without cropping it. Zoom in before you upload: blur or pixelation in the original can appear in the printed cutout too.

Which photo should I upload?
Upload a clear, high-resolution original with the full head visible. Choose good lighting and a face that is easy to see. Avoid screenshots, blurry images, and photos taken from far away. Please leave the image uncropped and tell us which person to use if you upload a group photo.
What sizes are available?
Choose a 12×18 Big Head, a 2-ft Giant Head, or a 3-ft Giant Head. Their maximum canvases are 12×18, 18×24, and 24×36 inches respectively. The finished head is sized proportionally within that area; wide hair, hats, or accessories can reduce the space available for the face.
Do the cutouts come with sticks?
12×18 Big Heads include sticks and adhesive tabs. The 2-ft and 3-ft Giant Heads do not include sticks. Check your selected size before ordering if you want a handheld head on a stick.
Can I order multiple copies of the same face?
