I rarely do reviews on company websites (maybe once before this), but I had to share about the amazing experience I had with the team at Best Big Heads. I wanted a cutout done of my daughter from an image of her when she was a baby - the picture was taken almost 23 years ago when cameras weren’t the best. Even though I didn’t opt for the preview when I placed the order, the team at Best Big Heads still reached out to me to share their thoughts and recommendations! Now that’s what I call personalized customer service! Any other big name vendor wouldn’t have taken the time to do this - they wouldn’t have cared like this. I ended up on a very nice email conversation with the team when they learned the cutout was for my daughter’s college graduation. The cutouts looked great and we had a great time with them! Thanks, Best Big Heads!! You really are the best!! That’s the customer difference you’ll get from a smaller, more personal company!
great customer service and my project turned out great!
They were the perfect size - Joe was in a charity boxing fight and could see the fatheads from the ring! We had 10 and he could see them out in the stands! Oh - he won the fight!!!
We had ordered our big heads and during delivery all the heads had gotten lost except for 1 and the wooden sticks. I contacted customer support and they responded right away and mailed out my order again the next day! Received it by the end of the week and we are so happy and satisfied of the products that we are going to tell our family and friends all about Big Heads! Awesome customer service and very prompt at responding to emails. Keep doing what you’re doing! Thank you so much for all your help!!
