For a pep rally or Spirit Week celebration, start with the person you want to celebrate and a clear photo of their face. Coordinate with the event organizer about when and where cutouts can be used. If your group needs several different faces, contact our team before ordering to plan the photos and quantities.
For a whole-school celebration, student councils, class groups and school organizations can coordinate one shared plan. Ask a staff or event coordinator to count participants in each group, confirm the people and photos being featured, and agree on permitted handout and photo moments. Choose a photo that shows their face clearly
Upload an original, well-lit photo with the full head visible. Avoid blurry action shots or distant group photos. Leave the image uncropped, tell us which person to use if the photo includes others, and wait for the upload to finish before adding the item to your cart.
Cheer cutout questions
Can I use a cheerleading uniform photo?
Choose a photo where the face is clear and the full head is visible. A uniform portrait can be a useful starting point. If the image includes a large bow or accessories, leave the original uncropped and add any relevant preparation instructions.
Can our group order several cheerleaders?
Contact our team before ordering multiple faces or coordinating a group order. Share how many people you want to feature, the quantity you need, and your event date.
Are these suitable for a pep rally or cheer competition?
They can be used as photo props and spectator signs where the organizer allows them. Ask about the event’s prop and sign rules before bringing them.
